Jack has been involved in
design analysis work for over 35 years having
been initially trained in this discipline within Sir Terence Conran's
Group.
Over the years Jack has carried out major research and
analytical work for 'blue-chip' companies, public bodies, and
charitable organisations, and his reports have impacted on how people
work within teams, on their own, and in changing organisational
structures.
Jack's work has involved observational studies, selective
interviewing, researching structures, whilst combining historical
experience with the flexibility of future work and behavioural
patterns.
Currently Jack continues to pioneer new initiatives and
groundbreaking research into how people can be better challenged and
assisted in reaching their potential within new and emerging work
settings.
