Journey Associates is a team of dedicated professionals drawn from disciplines centred on design and innovation development offering user-focused research, analysis and strategic consultancy. We put the best team together to meet the needs of each project and drawing on our multi-disciplinary skills in user-focused and social research, marketing, commercialisation, innovation, design management and project management.

As well as our Associates, we work with a wide network of experts and have formed partnerships with a range of public and private sector organisations including Strathclyde University, the Scottish Institute for Residential Childcare, Glasgow School of Art and the Knowledge Innovation Research Organisation in Japan.
